Yes. The subscription fee is 15 € per month. The first 30 days are free subscription so you can test the service.

  2. Send an email with the purchase confirmation email to valedebienvenida@privilegiosencompras.es. You have a period of 30 days from the date of the purchase to send this email.
  3. Include in this email the address you entered in the registration form and your customer number (found on your client area).
  4. In a few weeks you will receive your refund in your bank account.

Remember that the validity of the welcome voucher has a validity period of 90 days beginning on the day you subscribed to Privilegios en Compras.

 

  • What is the Fidelity voucher and how can I benefit from it?

Fidelity voucher is a benefit for the amount of 15 € you can enjoy  every month by belonging to Privilegios en Compras . Follow these steps to benefit from it:

  1. Buy tickets at Ticketmaster between the first and last day of each month.
  2. Send the purchase confirmation email to valedefidelidad@privilegiosencompras.es within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. A few weeks later Privilegios en Compras will deposit the money into your account.

 

  • Can the Fidelity voucher be used to buy another shop than Ticketmaster?

 No. It is exclusively for your ticket purchase through Ticketmaster.

 

  • Can the Fidelity voucher be used within the same month?

Yes. Both Welcome and Fidelity Vouchers can be used the same month but in two different purchases.
