Where possible, we will offer the option to transfer electronic and digital tickets, but this is not currently available for all events; it may vary from event to event.
If you do not see the option in your account, it means that the transfer service is not currently available. It may be available at a later date, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee or confirm this in advance; we can only advise you to keep checking your account for further news.
So, if the transfer is not available, it means that your whole group (you and your companions) will have to arrive at the event together.
You can also add your ticket from the Ticketmaster app to Google Pay or Apple Wallet for easy access on the day of the event if the transfer button does not appear on your account.
