If you are having trouble accepting a ticket transfer invitation from a friend, please try the following first:
Make sure you are using a web browser to accept the tickets, not the Ticketmaster app.
Try using a different browser or device.
Remember that in order to transfer the ticket, your friend must be registered with Ticketmaster.es.
If you are still having problems, ask your friend to cancel the ticket transfer through their Ticketmaster account and try again.
