Olivia Rodrigo will perform in Spain on 18/06/2024 in Barcelona at the Palau Sant Jordi and on 20/06/2024 in Madrid at the Wizink Center.

General on sale
The registration presale for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS world tour has now ended. Tickets will go on sale to the general public Thursday, September 28th at 3PM. Please note that a very limited number of tickets to Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS world tour remain.

What are the age restrictions for the event?
Barcelona: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Madrid: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Remember that all persons entering the venue must purchase a ticket.
Are tickets for this event personalized?
No, tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour are not personalized, meaning no identification will be asked upon entry.
Can I buy tickets for someone else?
Yes, you can buy tickets for somebody else. Please note Ticket Transfer will not immediately be activated after the on sale. This means you can’t forward tickets to somebody else.
When will tickets be available in my online account, and how will I access them?
All tickets are mobile tickets and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account and via the Ticketmaster App. Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date. [SL1] Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a longer period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.
Beware: it may take a few hours after purchase before your order is displayed in your account. Please check your e-mail for your confirmation.
What are the ticket prices for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the presale or on sale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. These tickets do not include VIP packages and pricing is subject to change. Prices will appear on the event page once the registration presale has started.

Is delayed delivery active for this event?
Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We’ll notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application.

Are Platinum tickets available for this event?
Yes, Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour is offering Platinum Tickets. To purchase Platinum tickets, you need to be registered and selected to take part in the on sale.
The Platinum program enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?
You can sell tickets via Ticketmaster Resale, which will be active a few days after the on sale. If you can no longer use tickets bought from Ticketmaster, you can list them here for sale. Why isn’t there a general sale for the public?
Artists choose to use registration to help block bots, reduce resale and get more tickets directly into the hands of real people who want to attend the show. Ultimately, artists decide when and how to put their tickets on sale, including whether or not there should be registered sales.
When artists choose to use registration, anyone can register free of charge. All you have to do is select which shows you are interested in before they go on sale.
Do I have more of an opportunity to get a ticket the earlier I register?
No. The selection process is random, and registering as soon as the window opens doesn’t increase the odds of getting an access code.
Can I register for multiple event dates?
Within your country you may register for one location and date as your preferred event. Fans who are randomly selected and invited to take part in the sale will be notified the day before the sale begins.
Fans may register for other event dates and locations abroad, by visiting the Ticketmaster website from that country.
When does the advance registration sale begin?
The artist advance registration ticket presale starts at 15.00 on Thursday September 21. Only registered fans with approved links will be able to join.
If I receive a code, am I guaranteed tickets?
You can shop for tickets if you receive an access code, but it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to purchase tickets. They’re available on a first come, first served basis.
How do I access the ticket sale once I get a code?
Prior to the onsale time:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster account in advance. Make sure you know your Ticketmaster password, or reset it ahead of time.
- Have your email open with the unique link and access code.
When the sale begins:
- Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time. Only Ticketmaster accounts linked with emails that have been assigned codes can join the ticket sale.
- Enter your unique access code exactly as it appears in the email you received. This may take a moment to process so please don’t refresh the page during this time.
- Stay within one browser window during the purchase process. Opening multiple windows or tabs may result in errors.
- You can purchase up to 4 tickets with your unique access code and only for the show indicated in the email you received.
When should I expect my access code?
Fans who are randomly selected to participate in the sale will receive a unique access code and purchase link via email in the afternoon on Wednesday September 20
Can I transfer my access code to someone else?
No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.
I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets?
You will need to register to access the sale and have an access code. Tickets for people with reduced mobility, people who need a wheelchair to get around, will only be sold by calling +34 932 887 033.
Having a code does not guarantee tickets, it will depend on availability. Remember that the area for people who need a wheelchair only allows one companion and this person must also buy a ticket.
I registered but never received a confirmation e-mail or my access code
If you completed the registration successfully, you should have received an email of confirmation. This may take 24 hours to appear. Be sure to check your junk folder. Registering doesn’t guarantee you’ll receive a unique access code nor that you will be selected to participate in the sale. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of randomly selected fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist.
Keep an eye on your email. Sometimes, if there are tickets available, additional fans will be randomly selected from the waitlist to receive access to the sale. In that case, you’ll receive an email with a unique access code and purchase link. Your notification may come at any time after tickets go on sale.
I received confirmation of registration but neither a code nor a notification I was put on the waitlist.
Be sure to check your junk folder. To ensure you receive all messages about this sale, info@email.ticketmaster.es should be added to your contacts and safe sender lists.
Why didn’t my access code work?
If you registered and received an access code by email from Ticketmaster, but it’s not working, try checking these things first:
- Make sure the event is on sale. Advance registration access codes are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
- You must be signed in with the same email address you used to register for the ticket sale.
- You must enter the access code exactly how it appears in your text or email.
- If you used your code to buy tickets already, you may have met the 8 ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.
Can I enter multiple codes?
No. Only one code can be processed per purchase.
What happens if I’m on the waiting list?
There are often far more fans registered than there are tickets available, and in that case more fans are placed on the waitlist than are randomly selected for access.
Sometimes, if there are tickets available, additional fans will be randomly selected from the waitlist to receive access to the sale. In that case, fans will receive an email with a unique access code and purchase link. Your notification may come at any time after tickets go on sale.
