If I had ticket for November 15, which June date is it valid for?
Tickets purchased for the November 15, 2024 concert will be valid for the new date of June 20, 2025 at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid.
I cannot attend the new date, how can I request a refund of my tickets?
If you are unable to attend on the new date, you can request a refund of your ticket within 14 days, from October 24rd to November 6th inclusive, using the following form.
Refunds will include handling fees and will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase of the tickets.
When will my tickets be refunded?
The refund, including these costs, will be made within two weeks after the end of the refund request period.
Are my tickets valid for the new date and venue?
Yes, your tickets are valid for the June 20 concert at the Riyahd Air Metropolitan Stadium. You will be relocated to a new equivalent seat at the new stadium. You will receive an email with more information about your ticket during the month of November.

Do I have to register if I want to buy tickets for the new date?
No, it is not mandatory to register if you want to buy tickets, but it is likely that they may be sold out in the pre-sale. Therefore, if you want to make sure you will get your tickets, we recommend that you do so.
How do I access the pre-sale for the June 21 concert at the Riyadh Metropolitan Stadium?
By registering at this link until October 27th at 23:59h.
I have not received any confirmation email after registration, is this normal?
This is normal. You will not receive an email until Thursday, November 7th. In it, you will find a unique code and the link to access the pre-sale.
Can I use the Bono Cultural Joven?
Yes, choose 'Bono Cultural Joven' in the options that appear in the 'Payment by credit card' drop-down menu.
How many tickets can be purchased in the general presale?
You can purchase up to a maximum of 8 tickets in the general presale on Thursday, November 7 at 5:00 pm.
If I registered first, do I have a better chance of getting in first?
No. The order of registration does not guarantee your position in the virtual queue. They are two different processes. Don't forget to be on time on November 7 at 17:00h, log in to your Ticketmaster account before the start of the event and be ready to get your tickets.

Ticket availability may vary depending on demand. Registration is not a guarantee that you will get tickets, so please be on time on November 7 at 5:00 pm if you registered through this link.
Can I use my code several times?
No, you can only use your code to access through the unique purchase link that will be sent to the email you registered with, at the moment the pre-sale is activated.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, there will be parking available for purchase for both the 20th and 21st. If you already have your tickets for the 20th, you will receive an email during the month of November with more information on how to purchase parking.
For the 21st, you will be able to buy the parking together with your tickets both in presale and general sale.

How can I upgrade my tickets for the new date and venue?
On Tuesday 19 November from 10am, you will receive an email with a link and a code so you can upgrade your tickets by following these steps:
Step 1. Log in to your Ticketmaster account. *It is important that you make sure you are logged into the account you used to buy your Dellafuente tickets before proceeding.
Step 2. On Tuesday 19th at 10am you will receive an email with a link and a code associated with your tickets.
Step 3. You will enter a virtual queue through the link. Wait your turn. Step 4. Once you are in the purchase process , enter the code we have sent you by email.
Step 5. Then select the number of tickets. The number of tickets must match the original purchase. *Remember that you have X tickets assigned to your purchase. If you choose more or less tickets than your original purchase you will not be able to complete the process.
Step 6. We will show you your new tickets, click continue and you will see a summary of your 0 cost purchase.
Step 7. Just confirm the purchase and in a few minutes you will see that you will have in your account the new tickets to see Dellafuente on June 20th at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid. Remember that the QR code will be available when the date of the concert approaches.
Where will I be located in the new stadium?
The tickets will maintain an equivalent category to the original one in the new stadium.
If you had a standing-room ticket, your ticket in the new stadium will also be a standing-room ticket.
If you had an allocated seat ticket, you will be relocated to a seat that corresponds to the same ticket category you purchased.
What if I don't receive an email?
First, make sure you are looking at the email address you used to purchase your tickets. If you have checked all your inboxes and cannot find the email, please contact us using this form.
What happens if I choose more or less tickets than my original purchase?
The number of tickets selected must be the same as the original purchase. If this is not the case, you will not be able to complete the process.
When will I receive my new tickets?
Your tickets will be in your Ticketmaster account no later than 15 minutes after confirming your purchase. Please note that the QR code will be available at a later date, closer to the concert date.
When will I receive the link and code to relocate my tickets to the new venue?
On Tuesday 19th at 10:00 am we will send you a link and a code to update your tickets to the new venue to the email address you used to make your purchase. If you have more than one purchase you will receive a link and code for each purchase.
