- What do I need to know about digital nominative tickets?
Nominal tickets are designed to make the speculative resale of tickets more difficult. These tickets will have the name of the account holder printed on them and only people accompanied by the account holder will be able to access the venue.
As these are digital tickets and to ensure a good access experience, we recommend that you install the Ticketmaster.es app on your mobile device and access your tickets from it. In this way you will avoid incidents and help to ensure faster access.
- The tickets are in my name, do I have to show my ID at the door?
Yes, if you are the ticket holder. You will need your ID card or passport to prove your identity at the entrance to the venue.
- Can I enter the concert if my ticket is not in my name?
You can only enter the concert accompanied by the ticket holder. That is, the person whose name appears on the tickets.
If your name does not appear on the tickets or if you are not accompanied by the ticket holder, you will not be able to enter the concert.
- What do I have to do if I want to buy tickets, but will not be attending the concert (e.g. as a gift)?
If you are going to give the tickets as a gift, during the purchase process you can edit your account details and enter the name of the person who will be attending the concert. The person receiving the tickets as a gift must identify themselves at the access control with the ticket (on which their name will appear) and a supporting document (ID/Passport/Photo ID).
If you give more than one ticket as a gift, all attendees must be accompanied by the ticket holder.
- Once the purchase has been made, can I change my account details and print the tickets again?
No, the name that will appear on the ticket is the name of the account holder at the time of purchase. If you change it later, this information will not be changed on the tickets.
- What happens if I am the ticket holder and I don't go to the concert?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be accepted after the purchase of the tickets and no change of name will be accepted.
If you are going to give the tickets as a gift, it is essential that the name of the account holder corresponds to the person who will be attending the concert. The person receiving the tickets as a gift must identify themselves at the access control with the ticket and a supporting document (ID card/Passport/Photo ID).
If you are not sure you will be able to attend the concert, you can take out non-attendance insurance at the time of purchase.
You can see the insurance conditions here.
- What happens if I am the ticket holder, but I will not be accompanied by my group?
Your group will only be able to enter accompanied by you. You must bring with you a supporting document (ID/Passport/Photo ID) that identifies you.
