Why is Malú partnering with Ticketmaster Verified Fan for her 'Malu Oxígeno Tour'?
Malú is one of the most committed artists to her fans. Her partnership with Ticketmaster has the sole objective of giving her fans the best chance to get tickets for her concerts and in the safest way possible. Malú understands that there are more fans who want to see her live, than tickets available. That’s why she’s collaborating with Ticketmaster, so that you can get the tickets for the 'Malú Oxígeno Tour' through the #VerifiedFan platform.
#VerifiedFan is our best ally to deal with scalpers. With this technology, we can 'bots', 'brokers' or 'scalpers' and block them. What for? To guarantee tickets end up into authentic fans’ hands, such as yourself. Fans register in advance for the pre-sale, and those who are verified and selected receive a unique code that unlocks the opportunity to purchase tickets.
We want to help as many of you as possible to get to see Malú live. And Malu's #VerifiedFan presale is close!
Important: Registering on Verified Fan does NOT guarantee you will receive the code, it only gives you the opportunity to make the purchase. Also, receiving the code does not guarantee that you will get the tickets. Registering does not guarantee that you will be verified, receive a code or have the possibility to buy tickets.
QUICK HELP GUIDE
Q: Is Verified Fan a new service? Where is the #VerifiedFan platform currently used?
A: #VerifiedFan is a new service in Spain, used for the first time with ‘Malú Oxygen Tour’. Some artists such as Katy Perry, Paramore, Harry Styles or Imagine Dragons among others, have also used #VerifiedFan in the United States and Canada. If you are interested in using #VerifiedFan in other parts of the world, you should contact your local Ticketmaster division to find out how to obtain the tickets, since the processes may differ.
Q: How do I sign up for the #VerifiedFan Malú presale?
A: It’s very easy. From the 4th to the 6th of May (until 23:59), go to the following link and enter your personal and contact information. To do so, we recommend having a Ticketmaster account with all your information up to date, make sure the information is valid and correct. Don’t have a Ticketmaster account? Create one here.
Q: Can I register for #VerifiedFan for Malú tour from outside Spain?
A: Yes. If you are outside Spain, you can register for #VerifiedFan presale following this link.
Q: Can I register for #VerifiedFan presale more than once for the same show?
A: No. As a fan, you can only register once per show with #VerifiedFan Malú presale. That is, you can register for multiple Malú dates and concerts (ie. one in Barcelona and another in Valencia) but you may not register twice for the same show. This way, we make sure all of you have the opportunity to buy tickets fairly.
Q: Can I register for multiple #VerifiedFan tour dates?
A: Yes. If you want to attend two different dates for Malú tour, you must register (within the specified period) once per concert. Getting registered more than once for the same show is not permitted.
Q: If I register more than once with the same email, will I be disqualified?
A: Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. If you used the same email for several shows and registrations, only the last registration for that show/date will be saved.
Q: Can I register twice, using two different email accounts?
A: No. Please note that if you get registered with your data and an email address, and then do it again with a different email address, you take the risk of the system detecting the relation and denying access to the presale. This may lead to an irregularity in your contact information, therefore, we recommend registering with your usual email address or the one linked to your Ticketmaster account.
Q: Is it necessary to have a Ticketmaster account to register for the pre-sale?
A: No. To register for the #VerifiedFan de Malú presale, you don’t need a Ticketmaster account. But, if you don’t have an account, we recommend you create one with your information up to date to streamline the process.
Q: Is it necessary to have a Ticketmaster account to purchase tickets?
A: Yes. As usual, if you don’t have an account you will have to create it during the purchase process. Don’t have a Ticketmaster account? Create one here.
Q: When will the presale registration phase open?
A: You may access the presale registration from 10 am on Friday, May 4, following this link.
Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: Registration will close Sunday, May 6 at 11:59 p.m. To speed up the process, we recommend having your Ticketmaster account active and updated in advance.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation once I register?
A: Yes, but not immediately. The registration process takes time. Keep in mind that once the system receives your information, it will initiate an identification process to verify your profile. It will then verify if you’re a real fan (or not). If you are correctly verified, you will receive confirmation of your registration the day before the presale, that is, during the afternoon of Tuesday, May 8.
Q: Does registering mean that I will receive a code?
A: No. Successful registration does not guarantee receiving a code. Obtaining the code will depend on the veracity and authenticity of your data as a fan and on whether you are selected as #VerifiedFan.
Q: Does getting a code mean that I will get the tickets?
A: No. Receiving a code only unlocks the opportunity of buying in the presale, but obtaining the tickets is not guaranteed (when you receive the code and try to make the purchase there may be a large number of fans doing the same thing at the same time). So, hurry up and take your chance!
Q: If I’m not verified, will I have the opportunity of buying tickets?
A: Yes. But you will be less likely of getting them because there will be fewer tickets available. You can get them without codes on the day of the General Onsale, scheduled for Thursday, May 10 at 11 am.
Q: If I receive a code can I use it for more than one date?
A: No. If you receive a code, it can only be used for the show/date for which you registered. It is a unique code, only valid for a specific event. But you can register for more than one show. If you did so, you will receive two unique codes, each for a specific show.
Q: How can I find out more about Malú tour?
A: To know all the details of the Malú tour, you can visit the official website https://www.maluweb.com/ where you will find the complete list of tour dates and every detail you need to know.
Q: I have previously registered for other #VerifiedFan pre-sales outside of Spain, should I receive a code?
A: No. Each artist has a specific pre-sale process, each presale is unique and different. Therefore, you will have to register once per event/artist that you are interested in and (if you are verified) you will receive the code.
Q: When will I receive my code for the presale?
A: ou will only receive the exclusive code if you are verified by the system and selected as #VerifiedFan. If so, you will receive it on the same day of the pre-sale (May 9) between 2 and 4 hours before the presale starts at 10 am. You will receive it on your mobile phone via SMS or on the email you provided in your registration. If you have any issues or queries, you may contact us in this form, by phone in 902 150 025 or on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Q: When does the presale start?
A: The presale will be active Wednesday, May 9 at 10 am only for those fans who receive the code. You will find the link for the presale in the SMS with your code.
Q: What is the ticket purchase limit?
A: To allow as many fans as possible to enjoy your favourite artists, purchasers are held to a six (6) tickets limit maximum per code and purchase.
Q: Is there another way to purchase tickets other than through presale?
A: General on sale will begin Thursday, May 10 at 11am. It’s important that, regardless where you purchase your tickets, you make sure it is an official ticket seller (primary sellers) such as Ticketmaster. Malú tickets will only be available here, so we recommend paying special attention.
Q: If I have problems, who can I contact?
Q: If I’m not verified as a fan or selected, will I be notified?
A: Yes. You will receive an email Tuesday, May 8th in the afternoon, where you will be notified that you haven’t been verified or selected successfully. However, you will have the chance to get your tickets in the General Onsale, Thursday, May 10 at 11:00h without codes.
