"WLY * privicompras.es" is the name under which it’ll appear in the bank statements of Privilegios en Compras clients, because the full name is too long and does not fit in these fields.
Does Privilegios en Compras have a cost?
Yes. Privilegios en Compras has a monthly fee of € 15, it will be charged in the card you indicated on the registration form, when registering in the club.

How do I register for Privicompras?
Buy your tickets with Ticketmaster and when you finish the purchase click on the link that appears and complete the registration form with all the requested information:
- Personal information (name, surnames, city, zip code, email)
- Payment type
- Password to access the service
When you have finished completing the form click "Yes". The subscription to Privilegios en Compras will be confirmed by displaying a confirmation page and you will receive a welcome email at the email address you indicated in the registration form.
How can use the welcome voucher that I was offered when I subscribed to Privicompras?
The Welcome Voucher is a refund voucher that you will get when you subscribe to Privicompras via Ticketmaster. That is, it is cash that Privicompras will enter directly into your bank account. To benefit from it, you must follow these steps:
- Buy your tickets in Ticketmaster within a 90 days period from the date of your registration in Privicompras.
- Forward the purchase confirmation email to valedebienvenida@privilegiosencompras.es.
- Make sure to include the email address that you indicated in the registration form and your customer number (you will find it in your client area) in the email that you send to Privicompras.
- In a few weeks you will receive the refund in your bank account.
- Remember that the welcome voucher is valid for 90 days beginning on the day of your registration in Privicompras.
What is the Fidelity Voucher and how can I benefit from it?
The Fidelity Voucher is a refund voucher for € 15 that you can enjoy each month for as long as you are subscribed to Privicompras. Follow these steps to benefit from it:
- Buy your tickets in Ticketmaster between the first and last day of each month.
- Send the purchase confirmation email to valedefidelidad@privilegiosencompras.es within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- In a few weeks Privicompras will deposit the money in your account.
Can the Fidelity Voucher be used to buy at a store other than Ticketmaster?
No, both the Welcome Voucher and the Fidelity Voucher are exclusively for your purchases at Ticketmaster.
Can the Welcome Voucher and the Fidelity Voucher be used during the same month?
Yes. Both the Welcome Voucher and the Fidelity Voucher are available for the same month but in two different purchases.

I want to cancel my subscription to Privicompras. How can I do it?
If you do not want to continue being a member of Privicompras you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access your client area with your username and password, in "My Account" menu click on "Profile". In the "Subscription Management" section you will find the option to cancel your subscription. Your registration will be canceled automatically and the refunds that you have accumulated up to that moment will be deposited in your bank account, which you must have previously registered in your client area.
