With the Bono Cultural you can purchase tickets for any event you find on our website, ticketmaster.es, except sport events.

Please note that as established by Royal Decree 210/2022, of March 22, which establishes the rules governing the Bono Cultural Joven, in Article 8.4, "In no case may the refund of the money be requested".

The only exception established in article 13, section 3 of Order CUD/673/2022, of July 13, which calls for the procedure for the adhesion of entities to the Bono Cultural Joven 2022 program, in its wording given by Order CUD/987/2022, of October 18 (BOE of October 20, 2022) is the following: "When, for reasons attributable to the member entity or, where appropriate, to its suppliers or service providers, it is impossible to deliver the cultural product or provide the cultural service or activity, once the corresponding amount has been paid by the beneficiary, the aforementioned amount must be refunded in the same way by which the payment was made."

Thus, purchases of goods and/or services that have been delivered or enjoyed by the beneficiaries of the Bono Cultural Joven, of whatever type, cannot be returned in any case.
