Shakira is set to perform in Spain in 2026. 

Pre-sale for the artist's fans begins on Tuesday 24 March at 10:00, with a limit of four tickets per person.

General sale starts on Friday 27 March at 10:00, with a limit of six tickets per person.

The dates September 25, 26 and 27 go on sale at 10:00, and the dates 18/19 and 20 go on sale at 12:00.

Artist’s Pre-sale

When is the pre-sale for the artist’s fans?

The pre-sale for the artist’s fans takes place on 24 March and runs from 10:00 am until 9:00 am on 27 March. You can purchase up to 4 tickets during the pre-sale.

How do I sign up for this pre-sale?

Visit the registration page for Shakira’s fan pre-sale. You can register at any time before 22 March at 10.00 pm. 

From the page, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Ticketmaster account.
2. Visit the artist’s pre-sale registration page: https://signup.ticketmaster.es/shakira
3. Select up to three concerts.
4. We will send you an email on Monday 23 March with a link to the artist’s pre-sale.

How does Shakira’s pre-sale work?

The day before each of your presales, we’ll send you an email with a link to the ticket sale. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 to 30 minutes before the sale begins.

When you’re ready, follow these steps:

Click on the link.
Enter the waiting room.
When the sale officially begins, you will be assigned a place in the queue.
When it’s your turn, select your tickets and proceed to checkout.

ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALES for Mexico City and Madrid dates on the upcoming BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ have been rescheduled to begin on Friday, January 23.

Presales for the Estadio GNP Seguros shows in Mexico City taking place on May 7 and 9 will begin at 9AM CST and presales for the May 10 performance will start at 12PM CST. Ticket prices for these shows will be released on Thursday, January 22 at 9AM CST. The GENERAL ONSALE will still take place Saturday, January 24 at 9AM CST as originally planned.

Do I need an active ARMY MEMBERSHIP in order to purchase tickets during the Weverse Membership Presale?

Yes. At the request of the event organizer, only ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders who have also registered for the Presale on Weverse will be eligible to participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE. Presale access varies by membership type.

Which ARMY MEMBERSHIP should I use to register for events?

• US, Canada, Mexico: US Memberships and GLOBAL Memberships are eligible. If you have both a US and a GLOBAL membership, only your US Membership will be validated.
• Europe and UK: Only GLOBAL Memberships are eligible.

What if my Weverse account was created using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse?

If you signed up for the BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse, you won’t be able to access the presale. Email addresses cannot be changed on Weverse, and your Weverse email and your Ticketmaster email must match to join the queue.

How many cities can I register for?

• If you have a US Membership or GLOBAL Membership, you can register for up to 3 cities in North America. You cannot register for more than 3 North America cities per Weverse ID (email address) under any circumstances, even if that email is linked to both a US and a GLOBAL Membership.
• If you have a GLOBAL Membership, you can also register for up to 3 cities in Europe and the UK.

Is there a presale code?

Your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER will serve as your presale code (9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER that starts with BA). How many tickets can I purchase?

You may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per show.

I signed up for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE using my name, but I will be using someone else’s credit card to purchase tickets. Does the name on my credit card need to match the name on my Weverse and Ticketmaster accounts?

No, you can use any valid credit card to purchase tickets.

TRANSFER AND FAN TO FAN 

You can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer.

The original purchaser will always be responsible for the purchase and for any actions taken with their tickets.

All items are transferable. On the day of the concert, you must present, in physical or digital format, the ID or passport of the original purchaser.

All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.

Around three days before the concert date, you will receive an email with detailed information about schedules, merchandise pickup, the location of the VIP check‑in point, and more.

How does the Bruno Mars Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presale as access is tied to your account.
