Album Presale begins on Tuesday, May 5 at 12:00 local with a ticket limit of 4.
American Express Presale begins on Tuesday, May 5 at 12:00 local with a ticket limit of 4. This presale is available to eligible American Express cardholders and requires payment with an AMEX card.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible tickets for wheelchair users or for people with accredited mobility impairments can be purchased by contacting our Accessibility Line at +34 930 497 500, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On the day of the concert, it will be essential to present the disability card or certificate proving the disability; otherwise, access to the venue will be denied.

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Transferring or selling your tickets
You can sell your tickets from your order. Click or tap the sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presales as access is tied to your account.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible wheelchair tickets can be purchased by contacting our Accessibility Line at +34 930 497 500, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. This line is dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.
Acces for Minors
Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys. Persons under the age of 16 may only access the venue when accompanied by their mother, father, or legal guardian, and must hold a ticket in the same seating section.
Riyadh Air Metropolitano – CIVITAS Stadium. Persons under the age of 16 may only access the venue when accompanied by a responsible adult and must hold a ticket in the same seating section.
La Cartuja Stadium, Seville. Persons under the age of 16 may only access the venue when accompanied by their mother, father, or legal guardian, and must hold a ticket in the same seating section.

Transferring or selling your tickets
If you are unable to attend the event, you can put your tickets up for sale through the Fan to Fan service, which you can access from your account.
You can transfer your tickets to other people before the event from your order. Click or tap the Transfer button and select the tickets you wish to transfer.
IMPORTANT:
The original purchaser’s ownership remains unchanged. Please note that tickets can be transferred more than once, so the purchaser’s identity may not match that of the Ticketmaster account holder who transfers them.
This tool should not be used for selling tickets between users, but solely to facilitate access and use of tickets for companions and/or trusted individuals. We strongly recommend not purchasing tickets through non-official sales channels.

How does Shakira’s pre-sale work?
The day before each of your presales, we’ll send you an email with a link to the ticket sale. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 to 30 minutes before the sale begins.
When you’re ready, follow these steps:

Tickets for Visual – Auditory – Intellectual/Cognitive Accessibility: These may be requested by completing and submitting the following online form starting at 10:00 a.m. (Madrid, CET) on March 27, 2026. Form submissions received before the indicated date/time will not be valid and will not be processed. A maximum of one companion ticket may be purchased together with the accessibility ticket. These tickets are intended exclusively for individuals who can provide proof of disability through a disability card or certificate, which must be presented at the corresponding access gate on the day of the event.
