Mobile Only Tickets are downloaded directly to your phone. Do not print them or send screenshots or look for them in your email inbox because they will only be valid if you show them from your mobile through your Ticketmaster account or from the app.
How does it work?
1. Download the APP or go to ticketmaster.es. We recommend that you download your tickets before arriving at the venue to avoid any reception difficulties. You will not be able to use a screenshot to access the venue, you must provide a mobile ticket within the app or on the mobile website to access the venue. Also, you cannot resend tickets using a screenshot.
2. Your tickets will appear in 'My Account' section.
3. If you have purchased more than one ticket, transfer them to your friends or family*. This option may not be available until a few days before the event.
4. Your friends/family will receive an email to accept the ticket and save it in their Ticketmaster account.
5. Show your ticket from your mobile phone when you arrive at the venue**.
6. Enjoy the show!

What's the best thing about Mobile Only tickets?
Less waiting time
You no longer have to wait to receive your tickets by mail. They are stored in your phone as soon as you buy them. For some events, the QR codes on your phone may not be available instantly. Don't worry, you'll have your ticket in your phone on the day of the event.
Easy to sell
Your plans have changed and you can no longer attend the event? Mobile Only tickets are easy to sell to another fan. Do it directly from your Ticketmaster account.

Offline Tickets
Log in to the Ticketmaster App and show the QR code in your tickets. This is all you need to leave your tickets in your App and access them with or without network. And remember: Bring your mobile phone with enough battery!
Ticket transfer
Are you the group organizer who is buying tickets for everyone else? Mobile Only tickets allow you to transfer them directly to the people you're going to the event with, so you can relax and get to the venue without any stress.

Ticket Transfer: send tickets in three easy steps
- 1. In your Ticketmaster account, search for the event you want to transfer tickets for.
- 2. Go to your ticket and click on the '+' button to see the 'Transfer Tickets' option.
- 3. We will send an email to the recipient to accept your tickets into their account.
Please note that until the receiver accepts, the transfer will not be completed.
Need to cancel a transfer? If the ticket hasn't been accepted yet, there's still time! Simply select the ticket and click 'Cancel Transfer'.
