- Make sure you have registered with the email with which you are trying to access and not with some other address.
- Make sure you are registered with Ticketmaster.es and not livenation.es
- Reset your password and check in typing the password (not copy-pasting, to avoid errors) you will receive in your email.
- Try changing your connection (disable wifi / mobile data / or switch wifi) if this doesn't work try accessing https://www.ticketmaster.es/ from an incognito mode window.
- If you use a VPN or other software that makes it look like you are using multiple IPs, this can also cause an error. We recommend that you clear your browser cookies and disable VPNs.”

Do you need to reset your password?
Follow these steps and quickly get back into your Ticketmaster account:
- Go to the My Account sign in page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Type in your email address and select Next.
- You’ll receive an email or a text if you selected the phone option with a one-time code. Type in that code on our site and select Confirm.
- If you’re using a landline, we’ll call you to provide the code. Unfortunately, we can’t utilize Google Voice or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to verify your account.
- Reset your password.

Verifying your identity
While signing in, you may be asked to verify your identity by completing a CAPTCHA. Just follow the instructions to move forward in the sign-in process.
There are a couple of reasons why this may have happened:
- You were browsing too quickly for our site to catch up.
- You’ve disabled the requested browser cookies.
- A third-party browser plug-in, such as Ghostery or No Script, is preventing Javascript from running.
