Chack your purchase was done successfully on My Tickets section on your Account. We’ll send you an email with all the purchase details. We’ll send this email immediately; however its reception depends on how it is processed by the destination server. If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes check your Spam folder, or at Promotions folder, if you have Gmail account.
Make sure you are logging in to your account with the email address you used to make the purchase and that you have purchased from an official channel.
