You can access your tickets at any time by logging into your Ticketmaster account under Upcoming Events.
Tickets take no longer than 15 minutes to become available. If you cannot see them, check that you have received the purchase confirmation and that you are logging in with the email address you used to make the purchase. Check your spam and promotions folders.
For high-demand events, delivery may take up to 6 hours.
Tickets may NOT be available until a few days before the event. You will see this information during the purchase process.
