Handling fee charge. Transactions may also have a handling fee charge included per transaction. The amount of the handling fee if applicable will be displayed on the event page when you browse for available tickets. This fee helps cover some additional costs of the ticket selling process including ticket generation, additional marketing campaigns and everything else related to the processing of your transaction. The fee is charged per transaction/order, regardless of how many tickets are purchased and the payment method used. This fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation of an event or order since we have also provided these services.
