What is a Collector?
Collector is a souvenir forever! A card with a unique design that you can keep as a souvenir. It comes with a lanyard so you can wear it around your neck on the day of the concert. It does not have a barcode, so it is not used to access the venue.
How much does it cost?
The price of both the Collector may vary depending on the show and includes the delivery service, which is done through regular mail. You will be able to check the price during the purchase process.
How does it work?
It's quite similar to regular tickets! If you have ordered 4 Collector you will receive 4 cards and 4 lanyards.
Where and when will I receive it?
You will receive it at the address that appears in your Ticketmaster account. You can change it during the checkout process if you wish.
We can't guarantee a specific date but usually one week before the concert but we will try to send it to you as soon as possible.
