Pre-sale for the artist's fans begins on Tuesday 24 March at 10:00, with a limit of four tickets per person.
General sale starts on Friday 27 March at 10:00, with a limit of six tickets per person.

Artist’s Pre-sale
When is the pre-sale for the artist’s fans?
The pre-sale for the artist’s fans takes place on 24 March and runs from 10:00 am until 9:00 am on 27 March. You can purchase up to 4 tickets during the pre-sale.
How do I sign up for this pre-sale?
Visit the registration page for Shakira’s fan pre-sale. You can register at any time before 22 March at 10.00 pm.
From the page, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Visit the artist’s pre-sale registration page: https://signup.ticketmaster.es/shakira
- Select up to three concerts.
- We will send you an email on Monday 23 March with a link to the artist’s pre-sale.
How does Shakira’s pre-sale work?
The day before each of your presales, we’ll send you an email with a link to the ticket sale. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 to 30 minutes before the sale begins.
When you’re ready, follow these steps:
Click on the link.
Enter the waiting room.
When the sale officially begins, you will be assigned a place in the queue.
When it’s your turn, select your tickets and proceed to checkout.

Age policy
Minors under 16 may only enter when accompanied by a responsible adult holding a ticket in the same section. All attendees must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Accessible tickets
Available from Friday 27 March.
Accessible wheelchair tickets can be purchased by contacting our Accessibility Line at +34 932 887 033, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. This line assists fans who require accessible seating.
Venues set their own accessible seating policies. The availability and types of accessible tickets may vary, as well as the audience they are intended for, and some venues sell part or all of their accessible tickets exclusively through their box office, not through Ticketmaster.
Mobile tickets
You can view your ticket details on our website or in the Ticketmaster app.
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your order. Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Transferring or selling your tickets

Please note that transfer may close 24 hours before the event. If you plan to travel separately and need to transfer tickets, we recommend doing so in advance.
