What is the Exclusive Presale?
If you attended San Diego Comic-Con Málaga (SDCC Málaga) in 2025 and would like to return in 2026, you can access the Exclusive Presale.
What do I need to access it?
Have your 2025 Registration ID ready, a Ticketmaster account created with the same email address associated with your SDCC Málaga Registration ID, the credit or debit card you will use to complete your purchase, and an internet connection to process the transaction.
If you are purchasing a ticket for a companion, remember to have your companion’s 2025 or 2026 Registration ID ready, as you will need to enter it to buy their ticket.
How many tickets can I buy?
A maximum of two tickets: yours and your companion’s.
How long does the presale last?
While supplies last. If you are unable to purchase tickets during the Exclusive Presale, you will have another opportunity during the General Sale, open to the public.

Thursday, April 23 at 10:00 a.m.
How many tickets can I buy?
In total, two tickets: one for you and one for your companion.
Your companion does not need to have attended the previous edition, but they must have a Registration ID. If they do not have one yet, they can generate their 2026 Registration ID at this link.

About the Registration ID
Do I need a Registration ID to buy tickets?
The San Diego Comic-Con Málaga Registration ID is your personal identifier to access ticket sales. It is essential in order to take part in the ticket purchase process and manage your attendance at the event. Without a valid Registration ID, you will not be able to access the ticket sale.
If I have a 2025 Registration ID, do I need to request a new one to purchase tickets this year?
No. If you already have a Registration ID, you do not need to request a new one.
If I don’t have a Registration ID, how can I get one?

I don’t remember my 2025 Registration ID. What should I do?
You should have received an email at the address you used when you registered for your 2025 Registration ID. Please check your inbox.
I no longer have access to my email and can’t recover my 2025 Registration ID. What should I do?

Minimum age for Registration ID
Anyone wishing to attend the convention who is 13 years old or older (inclusive) on the date of the event must have a Registration ID. Access conditions and ticket purchase rules for minors will be subject to the specific guidelines outlined in the purchasing guide.
Does having a Registration ID guarantee a ticket purchase?
Having a Registration ID does not guarantee the purchase of a ticket under any circumstances, as tickets are subject to availability during the sales period.
About Ticket Purchase
Why does it say “invalid code” when I enter my Registration ID?
Make sure you have entered it correctly, including the hyphens. If you copy and paste the code, ensure that no extra spaces are accidentally added at the beginning or end.
Can I pay for my ticket in installments?
Yes. Klarna is an available payment method for purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster.
Can I buy tickets regardless of my age?
No. It is important to check the options according to your age:
- If you are under 16, you cannot purchase tickets. You will need the assistance of an adult over 18.
- If you are 16 or 17, you can purchase tickets for yourself, for people your age, or for adults over 18, but you cannot purchase tickets for children under 12.
- If you are over 18, you can purchase tickets for attendees of any age.
I am under 18. Do I need authorization to attend?
If you are 15 or younger on the day of the event, you will need authorization to access the venue, and your companion must be an adult over 18. Y
ou must present a printed authorization at the entrance to SDCC Málaga 2026. If you are 16 or 17 on the day of the event, you do not need to attend with an adult companion, but you must present an authorization from your legal guardian at the entrance in order to access SDCC Málaga 2026.
The download link for the authorization form template will appear on Ticketmaster in a mandatory information window before proceeding to the next step of data entry to finalize the purchase, or you can download it from the organizer’s website (link).
Can I resell my ticket?
There is no official ticket resale process enabled for this event.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. You will be able to transfer your ticket once the ticket transfer functionality becomes available.
Can I pay for my tickets with the Cultural Voucher (Bono Cultural)?
Yes, you can pay for your tickets using the Cultural Voucher. The Cultural Voucher is a virtual prepaid card that you can select during the ticket purchase process once you choose “Payment Method.” Please make sure that the purchase amount does not exceed €200 (or the available balance limit on your Cultural Voucher).
What if I don’t have enough balance on my Cultural Voucher?
If you do not have sufficient balance on your Cultural Voucher to complete the ticket purchase, you can combine payment using the Cultural Voucher and a Ticketmaster Gift Card. Please note that the Cultural Voucher cannot be combined with any other payment method—only with a Ticketmaster Gift Card.
How do I buy accessible tickets (Movilidad reducida y otras necesidades?
Tickets will be available from 10:00 a.m. (Madrid, CET) on April 23, 2026 at Ticketmaster.es.
During the presale period, you may purchase a maximum of 1 additional companion ticket.
Anyone wishing to attend the convention who is 13 years old or older on the date of the event must have a Registration ID.
For the purchase to be valid, it will be necessary to prove functional diversity status (minimum 33%) by means of an official disability card or certificate. This documentation will be requested a few days after the start of the sale, and we will contact you by email.
Important:
- Improper use or fraudulent purchase of these tickets may result in order cancellation or denial of access to the venue.
- Capacity is limited, and ticket sales are subject to availability
