- American Express Presale begins on Tuesday, May 5 at 12:00 local with a ticket limit of 4. This presale is available to eligible American Express cardholders and requires payment with an AMEX card.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible tickets for wheelchair users or for people with accredited mobility impairments can be purchased by contacting our Accessibility Line at +34 932 887 033, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
People with other types of disabilities, provided these are duly accredited, may contact accesibilidad@livenation.es.
On the day of the concert, it will be essential to present the disability card or certificate proving the disability; otherwise, access to the venue will be denied.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Transferring or selling your tickets
You can sell your tickets from your order. Click or tap the sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
