Yes, Ticketmaster has partnered with Klarna to offer interest-free credit when you buy your tickets. With the Klarna Pay in 3 payment plan, you can spread your payment over 3 months.

Who can use Pay in 3?
You must be a resident of Spain, over 18 years of age and have a valid payment card to use Pay in 3. When Klarna says "valid payment card", it means that the card must be in your name and must not have expired. You must also make sure that the card you use has enough money available to cover all the instalments.
Pay in 3 is a credit product. It is Klarna's decision whether or not to enter into a credit agreement with you.
How can I pay in 3 instalments?
With Pay in 3, you can pay for what you buy by dividing the cost into three equal instalments. At the time of purchase, you will see the option to "Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments". When you choose this option, simply enter your card details to complete your purchase. Klarna will also give you the option of further instalments.
There will be no interest, fees or charges for using a Klarna debit or credit card. However, your bank may charge you interest or other additional fees if you pay with an interest-bearing credit card, for example.
The positions Ticketmaster will charge for are:
From 0 EUR to 34.99 EUR: 0.50 EUR
From 35.00 EUR to 100.00 EUR: 3.00 EUR
From 100.00 EUR to 1,499 EUR: 2.5% (rounded to 10 cents)
From EUR 1,500: 3% (rounded to 10 cents)
Are there alternative options for paying off my balance?
Yes, you can prepay through the Klarna App by paying by card immediately. If a prepayment is made, and the balance is settled, Klarna will no longer charge your card.
Which cards does Klarna accept?
Klarna accepts most cards, except prepaid cards. It is also possible that Klarna will not accept a card that will expire in the near future. Klarna will notify you at the time of purchase if your card has not been accepted.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
-
Full refund
If you are entitled to a full refund, Klarna will cancel the remaining payments and refund everything you have already paid to the card you used to make the payment. -
Partial refund
If you are due a partial refund that exceeds the remaining balance of your order, Klarna will first deduct the amount of the outstanding balance. It will then refund the difference to the card you used to pay for the purchase.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of the order, Klarna will deduct the amount of the outstanding balance. They will then split the remaining balance evenly between the remaining payments.
What happens if you cannot accept an instalment payment because I do not have enough money on my card?
If they are unable to collect the first instalment on your card, Klarna will let you know and will try up to two more times to collect the money. Klarna will let you know when they will try again, so you will have enough time to load money onto your card to make the payment.
If they cannot accept the money after two attempts, Klarna will transfer the missed payment to the second instalment. If they cannot accept the second instalment, they will give you a few days to update your card details or make sure there is enough money on your card.
If they still cannot accept the payment after two more attempts, Klarna will move the payment to the next and final instalment. If they still cannot accept the payment, they will try again twice. If they are still unsuccessful, they may ask you to pay the outstanding amount directly or ask a debt collection agency to collect the money for them.
Klarna will always contact you before charging your card. Klarna will also contact you if you postpone a payment to the next due date or if you have to use a debt collection agency.
Failure to pay your dues on time may also mean that you will not be able to use Klarna in the future.
Will using Klarna affect my credit score?
No. Klarna may conduct a limited search of your credit at a credit reference agency. This is a "soft credit check", and will not affect your credit score, nor your chances of using credit in the future. You will be able to see it in your credit file, but no one else will see it.
How does Klarna store my card and personal data?
Klarna stores your card details in their systems when you shop with them. Klarna uses this data to approve future payments. Unless you opt out, they may also use this information to populate your card details for your convenience when you buy things in the future.
You can manage your cards online. If Klarna receives your updated card details from your bank, it may also store this information in its system.
Klarna uses your personal data to identify you and to carry out customer analysis, credit evaluations, marketing and business development.
