If you have sold tickets in our Fan to Fan Tickets section and the event is changed or cancelled, you as the original ticket holder will receive the amount of the tickets within 5 to 15 working days after the new date and according to your bank. We will notify you of the changes or cancellation details.
If you have purchased Fan to Fan Tickets and the event is rescheduled or postponed, we will contact you via email to inform you of the next steps to take. If it is a cancellation, you will receive your tickets back through the same channel through which you purchased them.
