Accessible Tickets
Accessible wheelchair tickets can be purchased by contacting our Accessibility Line at +34 932 887 033, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. This line is dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing Your Mobile Tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until that time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding it to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Transferring or Selling Your Tickets

All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.
